Category 4 - Australian Designed and/or Manufactured

The Award for Best Jewellery & Fashion Product or Range

Essential entry criteria for this award:

 Open to all new single products or product ranges launched on the Australian market after 1 March 2007
 A ‘product range' must consist of at least three products which exhibit a common design theme
 Products in this category must be EITHER 1) designed in Australia or by an Australian national AND/OR 2) 
      Manufactured in Australia (proof of manufacture in Australia may be required) 
 Open to general Jewellery & Fashion products including but not limited to: fine jewellery; precious jewellery; semi-
     precious jewellery; costume jewellery; clocks & watches; fashion; fashion accessories; bags; belts; sunglasses;  
     hats; garments; fashion garments; crystals.

Judges will be looking for the following qualities when marking submissions:

 Innovation and originality
 Quality and impact of presentation and packaging
 Quality of design and manufacture
 Good Value
 Consumer appeal

Step 2: Complete your Nomination

  • Once you have filled in the above form, send up to 2 single page attachments (optional) to thegiftawards@pinque.com.au. These can include either photographs of products, graphs, testimonials and must be no more than 1MB each in size. Penalty points will apply to nominations that exceed either the word limit or attachment size.
  • All entries in Categories 1 - 4 should also provide an image less than 1MB to thegiftawards@pinque.com.au if they wish to be entered into The People's Choice Award (optional).

Step 3: Fill in a Hard Copy Entry Form (ESSENTIAL for both Online and Hard Copy Nominees)

  • Nominating before 31 Dec 2007: No entry fee required, however you must complete and submit an entry form for each entry. Click here to download the entry form.
  • Nominating after 31 Dec 2007: Pay your nomination fee using the entry form ($60 +$6 GST). Fees are non-refundable, and nominations will not be accepted without prior payment. Click here to download the entry form.
  • Nominations close 5pm Friday 14 March 2008.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND PRODUCT – Short-listed entries will be notified and asked to supply product at the appropriate time.
